The Macmillan Crossroads Care Kent and Medway Volunteer Service helps and supports people living with cancer and those who care/support them. We holistically assess needs, provide quality information and guidance and if appropriate, we match a fully trained, DBS checked and referenced volunteer. Our volunteers provide practical support and companionship in the home and garden, and can help with transport to and from health appointments. Support is for around 12 weeks and will be reviewed to assess if there is an ongoing need.
